This listing is for complete Jet Armor (cover and cushion) replacement seat for 2005-2010 Sea-Doo Challenger 180. 

This is custom, non-OEM complete seat that will fit the selected models.

We use high-quality marine grade foam, vinyl and thread, which quality exceeds the original used by the manufacturer.

You are buying the complete replacement seat. You will have to attach it to the hull using the snaps that will be installed on the seat. They will match the ones already on the hull.

When you order, please select if your OEM seat has 5 snaps (2 in the back and 3 in front) or just 4 snaps on the bottom. If you are missing the original seat, check how many snaps you have installed on the hull.

Our colors will not match 100% the original colors.

Shipment is expected within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving cleared payment. We ship this item via USPS or UPS.

Return Policy: These are custom made products and we can not accept returns. We usually start working on the orders as soon as the payment is cleared. Once the vinyl is cut we can't accept change of order (cancel the order, change of colors or pattern).

How to order

Please select the Colors that you want. Click on the panel and then choose from the colors that appear. It will automatically fill the other sections according to the original color pattern. You can choose any colors but if you want to change the color pattern that may be additional charge so contact us first at info@jetarmor.com

Please select the Year of the boat from the dropdown menu.

Note: When selecting colors, some of them may appear slightly different depending on the light and the screen resolution. For example the White looks more like Off-White and Light Gray.

We do not recommend using Black color on a boat seat as it gets really hot during a sunny day but if you request it we can sure make it that way.
